USER GUIDE
Welcome to digital pegboard user guideLog in or create an account
First log in or create an account. You will need an email address to do this.Verification
Veirfy code will be sent to your email. Please use this to confirm your email address registrationSet up your club and membership
Once you are logged in, navigate to Club tab and set up your club by adding the name, logo/image and select a subscription model.Set up your player membership
Head to the players tab outside a session. Add the player members and set up their levels. This is limited to 20 players for a Free memberSelect Courts
Here, you can select how courts does your club own in total. This is limited to 3 courts for a Free member. Now you are all set for your club night session.
Inside Session Guide
From the Home screen, click Start New Session or "+" symbol on the bottom right of the screen.Select your session date and time and click Next.Now click on into the session you created from the Home screen.Add the session players by using Select Player or Add Visitor.
Once you have all your session players and or visitors selected click NextSelect the number of Courts you want to use for club night and hit Start Session.Matchboard
The matchboard will display all auto generated matches depending on players and courts in the session.Once a session starts, club admin can monitor the matches and players queue and can generate matches automatically with fair match algorithm.Once matches are finished, go back to the players tab and click generate matches and let the algorithm work out a fair match up to be played next on the courtStats & Summary
At the end of the session or during you may wish to navigate to summary tab to view the leaderboard for the session as well as history of results at any time in real time.
